Looking to Get Accepted For a Bad Credit Mobile Phone Contract?

If you are looking to buy a new mobile phone getting one on contract can be a better idea than buying it from a store. However, things are not that easy as you might also get rejected for it based on your bad credit rating. So what do you do in that case?
One of the things that you can do is to apply for a low-end handset. While we all want the latest iPhone, older models are also quite functional and will do the job for you. You could apply for a high-end handset, but in this case, you should at least keep an eye for a lower tariff, mainly because mobile phone networks have risk thresholds you don't want to be above if you want to get approved. So, my advice to you is to opt for a low-end handset and/or a lower tariff.
Don't worry, you won't get stuck with a “piece of junk phone” forever while all your friends are happily brandishing their latest smartphones. Once you have successfully dealt with your bad credit problem and have paid your monthly payments on time, you can upgrade your mobile phone.
Also, one alternative that you should consider when applying for a mobile phone contract are SIM-only contracts. Because a SIM-only contract does not include a handset (which takes the majority of the cost), they are much cheaper and easier to obtain. Later, after 2-4 months, you can upgrade your contract and get a high-end handset as well.
